Are the AirPods 4 worth the upgrade?

Taking into account their attributes and market value, do you think it is reasonable to upgrade to the AirPods 4?

For those who appreciate additional improvements like enhanced sound, the noise cancellation, the spatial audio, and the capability for wirelessly charging the product. The AirPods 4 are worth upgrading to, particularly the $179 variant. If those features are non-deal-breakers for you, then the $129 model is still reasonably priced in comparison to its fiercest competitors within that price segment.

Totally agree they are on par w pro 2s. I also have both. I do notice minor differences but many reviewers are doing very topical commentary and comparisons

I’m watching this using my new AirPods 4NC and I think they are brilliant. I gave my AirPods Pro 2 to my wife when I went to Android. Having bought the iPhone 16 pro yesterday I got the AirPods to go with them.

I haven’t had AirPods since the first gen. I’ve been primarily using the Max for the past 3 years. They’re a bit inconvenient and obviously bulky, I picked up these and obviously the sound isn’t as good as the max however they get the job done and ANC is good enough. Great pick up and I may find myself never picking up the max again, especially if I’m going out and need headphones.

Heavily considered the 4s, but went with the Pro2s since they were only $10 more on Amazon. Hard to pass that up

I may get the 4 with ANC. There are times with the 3 when a bit of ANC would help. Disappointed battery life is reduced to 5 hours for the AirPods 4 compared to 6 hours for the AirPods 3.

moving from airpods pro to airpods anc. the pros were great but never wore them long because the tips never felt completely comfortable. now the airpods max can stay home.

Awesome. I’ve been waiting for your review / opinion on these. . I think they sound  amazing as well ( always surprised how good AirPods sound). So far definitely fitting better than the 3’s ( for me anyway). Thank You for your content !

Got mine yesterday.  Returning them.  Battery life is horrible, makes a person feel sick from some weird frequency thing.
