Jay,
Thank you ever so much and thank you to your team as well for hosting me! Such a pleasure to discuss science and health and to get your reflections. You’re doing amazing things for the world and it’s an honor to know you much less to have the opportunity to converse in this incredible format.
Much love, my friend !

I truly love what Andrew Huberman has done for the community. He has given verbiage to conversations we all try to have. He is allowing the framework of health from a neurological perspective, as a student working towards finishing my psychiatry degree, there are times, many in fact, I had to create physical changes to keep up with the workload. Understanding my mental algorithms meant I could change them as well.

We need more people telling us truth like Andrew Humbertman. This is also what I read in book called Grow Beyond by Nathan Chambers. You can see real progress with consistent effort...

After watching a couple of other recent pods of Andrew Huberman being a guest, I really liked this one. Jay has such a nice quality to listen and give insight, it has such a nice flow. I love Andrew's main pod, but it is striking after learning so much from those, you really want to learn about them, because of their mind. So it's been most enjoyable seeing him pop up on my other fave podcasts. Keep them coming! :D

As always, I appreciate these conversations immensely. I have been exploring dream entering and exiting as different states of mind to alter my perception of reality and for the first time the other day the epiphany of "you are not your thoughts" filled my entire being during dream exiting. I'm discovering the power of these neglected states of mind to reach conclusions and experience universal truths in a new, almost abstract way. I really owe it to this podcast and your many wonderful, brilliant guests. Namaste.

I indeed enjoy every episode by Andrew H. I'm learning a lot from his lectures. I am the kind of person who analyzes what his listening to: Andrew H. makes me research and investigate all of the concepts used through his lectures. Thanks, Andrew and you too for educating us. Jay S. you're doing a great job
