Stopping the Blinking Cursor in iOS 18

How can I request to disable cursor blinking in iOS 18?

To stop the cursor from pulsating in iOS 18, just head over to Settings > Accessibility > Motion and toggle the Prefer Non-Blinking Cursor button On. The cursor will now be displayed as a solid line which does not flash.

An iOS 18, Siri doesn’t work offline it just says that the data for Siri is being downloaded. You have no Internet connection and when I connect to the Internet and then when I tap on that notification, it just takes me to the menu and doesn’t do anything neither there’s an option to enable download for usage in off-line mode. Is this a bug?
