Yes, the sequels to ‘The Matrix’ affected greatly the way that Quentin Tarantino perceives the first film. He confesses that to him, the whole mythology was spoiled by the release of the second and third parts, which pushed the original ‘Matrix’ lower on his list than it previously was, although the picture remains in his twenty worst films.

It's insane how every time Quentin gives his opinions on film I insanely agree with everything he says, just about 95% of the time.. he talked about how H20 is Jamie Lees best Halloween, and I totally agree.. that will always be my finale, I consider the David Gordon Greene trilogy fan fiction... How he talks about the Matrix being amazing, but 2, and 3 ruined it for him (didn't ruin it for me, I still love the original, and make up my own story for what happens after that masterpiece)... talks about how Unbreakable is one of the all time masterpieces of our time, and I couldn't agree more, one of my faves. Just dozens, and dozens of stuff he's said that I can't agree more with. Speed being one of the best adrenaline, edge of your seat films ever.. I could talk with this guy all day.
