What weather conditions is the Buffalo Special 6 shirt suitable for?

The Buffalo Special 6 shirt is appropriate for a variety of weather climates. It is meant to be effective in cold temperatures, rain and wind. A little bit warm though for the summer conditions. The shirt is wind proof, fairly waterproof, and quick-drying which makes it quite appropriate to be used for different weather including extreme hot except.

Personally like the Teclite for UK conditions. I tend to run hot when active though.

For the summer months they have the buffalo wind shirt. They are the nuts just like the big brothers special 6 and mointain shirt.

No hate from me, mate, but I would point out that no Buffalo product is waterproof according to their faq's. Personally, I don't find them to be remotely waterproof, and I do sweat inside my special 6, regardless of how many vents/flaps/zips I have open. I think it is a technical garment that provides a good solution in particular circumstances, nothing more. I do love my Buffalo lightweight mountain shirt - I'd recommend trying one out if you haven't already
