The LTE feature of the Apple Watch Ultra 2 and the titanium variant of Series 10 is standard; however it is an optional feature on aluminum models of Series 10 at a premium. This is usually accompanied by an additional charge by the cellular provider that enables the LTE functionality on the compatible watch so that calls can be placed and received without the need for a cell phone. From the iPhone application settings LTE can be activated.
