Question....after HITT training-where we burn more glycogen--AH says we will then burn fat for up to 24 hrs, ie Oxidysing more Fat... But what if we eat something after the training..say a salad with protein...do we then interrupt the fat oxidization? seems that while we will burn more fat after HITT type training...that any fat burning would end once we eat and our systems use the food for fuel..vs already stored fat? thoughts?
