When it comes to fat loss, is it better to undertake low-intensity activities for longer or to do time-limited higher intensity activities?

Longer periods of low-intensity workouts and quick – high-intensity workouts are both effective in a body fat loss program. During physical activity, high-intensity workouts glycogen significantly and during post-exercise oxygen consumption, more body fat is lost. Doing low-intensity physical work, however, does burn some fat but more muscle glycogen post-exercise. A likely alternative to this also involves high intensity workouts but at the same time entails moderate intensity so that the overall effectiveness of body fat burning is optimized. This is because the body metabolic activities are elevated and fat oxidation is efficiently achieved.

If HIIT is defined by 90-100 % in studies, then what is 'super' HIIT?

Who in the heck has time to do continuous exercise, plus time to get ready, travel to the gym, shower, fix my hair, and get through traffic home. Is the government now gonna pay us to focus only on exercising, like they pay the migrants in NYC?
