As far as versatility goes, the Canyon Endurace leads the pack with room for tires up to 35mm and some top tube mounts for bags which make it ideal for longer rides and light gravel as well. The Ultimate allows for a 32mm tires giving some comfort and pretty much handles loose gravel as well. The Aeroad can take a 30mm tire which is respectable for an aero oriented bike that is performance focused. Out of the above, Endurace is the most versatile for different terrains whereas the Other two Endurace and Aeroad are more for roads.
