I've been paying particular attention to my freestyle swimming style. What indicators should I look for to tell whether I'm getting better or not?

As a measure of improvement geScore Classification_LMH Self Assessment 'swimming efficiency', a swimmer can perform one lap of stroke count for multiple easy freestyle strokes in a 25-meter swimming basin. After performing the drills and implementing the holding concept, swim another lap and keep track of the strokes. If the number of strokes you took this time was less (say 25232), it means that you are becoming more balanced in the water and so your catch and pull has become more effective.

Another good content. 62 year old learning to swim since June. I am using stroke count to measure my technique. Less strokes per length = better technique. Doing about 18 strokes per 25m length and slowly improving.

My best is 19 strokes per 25 meters pool.
