For ProRes video on the iPhone 16 Pro Max, open Settings > Camera > Formats and switch ProRes on. You can select Log or HDR encoding, but for natural images, Log is suggested. It is better to directly record ProRes video on the SSD, then transfer the videos to the SSD for post-production.
