Indeed, the world’s smallest police station in the All of Her Majesty’s Police Service is hiding underneath a lamppost in Trafalgar Square. In the year 1926 , it was built so that the police could be able to respond to the numerous disturbances in the area. In the past it had a phone line that was kept open to Scotland Yard all the time, but these days it is just a cleaning booth and there is only a glimpse of some brooms.
