Does the Aura Ring 4 Automatically Detect All Types of Workouts?

Does anybody have any experiences to share with regards to the auto workout detection feature rolled out with the last update for the Aura Ring 4?

Although the automatic workout detection function of the Aura Ring 4 can recognize walking with ease, it does not always pick up other activities, like cycling in the morning. This may be something to think about for people who have many workouts and wish for automatic recording for all their exercises.

How can you wear this when lifting weights?
And what is the point that it tells you you did not sleep well or other stats … does it suggest things to adjust to make you less sleepy, less stressed, etc. Just hard for me to understand why we just want to simply know these statistics without any guidance from the tool.
