There are some exercises which help to remind the basic good running forms like the March or Skip series. But probably the most useful would be to do hill repeats; they are self-explanatory. It is the angle that allows one to raise his feet and reduces the risk of overstriding, as the runner has to generate all movement from the hips. Doing these drills on a regular basis will assist the learners to make the new movement pattern more instinctive and fluid.
