Are there certain drills I could perform to reinforce correct running form and prevent overstriding?

There are some exercises which help to remind the basic good running forms like the March or Skip series. But probably the most useful would be to do hill repeats; they are self-explanatory. It is the angle that allows one to raise his feet and reduces the risk of overstriding, as the runner has to generate all movement from the hips. Doing these drills on a regular basis will assist the learners to make the new movement pattern more instinctive and fluid.

I thought the good parts were @2:44 for 5 seconds, then @6:46 for 35 seconds for a couple of drill ideas.
