What is a Business Owner and Athlete's Morning Routine?

Concerning the whole family, including a business owner, athlete and family person in one: do you have a morning routine that the three can share?

The morning of a business owner, an athlete and a family person is assumed to begin at 5:00 am It is also assumed that they do not usually wait for other family members to wake up. Therefore, this time might be ideal for making coffee, doing some mobility work, organizing a morning room with some myofascial release routine and pre workout gels which may include drinks containing carbohydrates and sodium so as to watch energy levels. Otherwise, they can do some stretches or focus on a book or a podcast. After which they would go for a run or do some workouts. And after workouts, a protein shake along with a healthy breakfast containing the right mix of carbohydrates and healthy fats along with the needed supplements is a must. The routine may also involve family activities like preparing breakfast for the kids and just hanging out.

This is great ! But a lot of us commute an hour to work and start at 8am, and wife has to go to work at the same time too. So for a normal person like me, I feel like this would be more a weekend routine. I definitely don’t have time to get coffee at a shop when I’m done working out in the morning during the week lol

I wish that this were possible. 43 y.o. male here, 2 boys (ages 10 & 5), husband, working full-time and going to school full-time. My diet right now SUCKS. Energy drinks, chocolate, and fast-food. 6'2" 250lbs I know that it IS possible, BUT I'm constantly exhausted and barely have enough drive and energy for what I am doing now. And honestly, I'm guessing a lot of it has to do with genetics, but man, my body would NEVER look like that. Even with coaching, and proper diet. It helps to see results, and look like that.
