It is preferable to consume a post-workout breakfast that is healthy and quick like a mixture of old-fashioned oats, egg white and whole eggs cooked together with your favorite scorching sauce. For extra carbs, a banana can be eaten on the side. When it comes to supplements, a superfood nutrient powerhouse such as a mix of strong reds and greens, fish oil pills like strong Omega, a multivitamin tablet, and a joint support capsule will do like strong joints. This soution contains protein, carbs and healthy fats along with micronutrients and is perfect for fuelling recovery from a morning training.

Wasn't looking for any of this, but stayed til the end because the content was great. Nice videography (esp the post-run kitchen/cooking shots), nice music... nicely done all around. Kudos!

Tried the eggs with oats mixed in and really enjoyed it.  Didn’t have a carton of egg whites so I used just eggs, but found it very delicious and glad I tried it.  Now to find some new hot sauces.

New to the channel. Got to admit I was a little skeptical  about the egg and oats. It’s really good! Unfortunately all I have is tobacco sauce.

Nice Vlog, pro tip tho: always crack open an egg on a flat surface. Never on the side of a pan. It prevents shells from being in your food!
