Once a lactate threshold test has been performed, how does one begin interpreting the results for enhanced training?

In order to make sense of the lactate threshold test, analysis of the lactate obtained at each work level must be done. Two values are important in this case: the first one where there is a small increase in lactate concentration and the second one where lactate concentration rises fairly steeply. Lactate threshold can be used for assessing one’s training zones. Thus, anything below the first threshold is considered an easy endurance zone and any work performed between the first and second thresholds can be high intensity work without the fear of getting fatigued too quickly. Change your training zones using these correlating results to help improve your workouts.

Looking forward to the content on interpreting the results! Recently had an opportunity to participate in a research project that collected lactate while I was on the bike.

Love the content. Wondering when do the interpretation-content come out? :) Looking forward on how to set the Lactate threshold, and more so; How to determine your individual intensity zones
