Four year old Livia Jensen dialed for help when she witnessed her mother, Diana Jensen suffering from a terrible seizure. Livia did not panic and managed to provide details to the dispatcher while awaiting assistance. She was aware of the address of her residence and managed to verbalise herself to the person who was attending to the call, which is quite impressive at such a tender age.
