What are some ways you recommend for memorizing lists, especially lists that require recalling the information in the order it was given? I'm quite certain someone will help me with this one, remembering how to memorize lists is what I want to become proficient in.

A useful memory improvement technique for difficult to remember lists is the body list method. You make a eccentric filing system which uses the human body as a structure which starts from the head and proceeds downwards. Each part of the human body works in place of an item in your list. In order to quickly recall the list in both directions, all have to do is to remember it accompanied with a vivid feeling on that body part. For example, try doing it by using various body movements and vocalize the list item corresponding to that part of the body.
