How do I enable the new Image Playground feature in iOS 18.2?

Does anybody know how to work with the new Image Playground feature included under iOS 18.2?

In order to access Image Playground, one must register for it and have it curated in his/her country. After that, you can go into the feature and create images from text or from a selection of themes, costumes, accessories and locations.

I’ve updated my iPhone 16 to iOS 18.2 to get access to playground and genmoji. Playground is available but genmoji seems to be missing. I’ve searched everywhere in settings and there is no genmoji. Any idea why?

I cannot find Genmoji nor the ability to activate it. I have Image Playground and Image Wand. Using 16 Pro Max, iOS 18.2 RC, UK Region. Any help?

Do you know on the playground? Why does it say downloading support please wait is there an issue?
