What changes can I do to my bike to reduce discomfort localized on the lateral side of the foot?

To address the pain on the bony anatomy of the bony structure of the foot, one reports convinced on the hip position while pedaling as in the position “opening†. This may be achieved by adjusting the length of the cranks, moving the saddle forward or raising its height. These modifications help in reducing cranks in the hips which elsewise cause discomfort and stress to the outside foot during pedaling.
