I find this groupset’s weight to be quite engaging. What insights can you provide?

SRAM RED’s AXS groupset weight is set at 2496 grams when used in a common rendering, which consists of a 48/35T power chainset with 172.5 mm cranks, a cassette with 10 to 28 grooves, a couple of 160 mm discs, a brake with calipers and mounts, and liquids in hoses and batteries.. This is a reduction of 153 grams over the already existing generation of SRAM RED groupset.

So, it’s about 100 grams heavier than latest Ultegra and twice as expensive than Ultegra

Did you weigh the bottom bracket? That might actually tip it over the claimed weight if not

Chainring attached to the power meter... WTF

too heavy for that price. dura ace is lighter and cheaper

Do the batteries weigh more when they're fully charged?

With a one piece cassette how do you clean it properly?

Although one piece cassetes look dope, i hate to buy every 2 chains another cassette because 2 cogs are too worn out to be used with a third chain.. especially with those super expensive sram cassetes (XX1)
