For those wondering how often the anti-aging exercises should be performed, the recommendation is every other day. This allows for recovery in between sessions as well. There is a split squat with full range motion which can be started at 5 times on each side which increases range of motion along with some amount of knee strengthening as well. As you progress, attempt a greater number of repetitions or longer lengths of holds in order to develop even greater strength and mobility.

Great content! Thank-you!
I'm just starting strength training. I'm 47 and I no desire to go to a gym and bulk up. I just want to be stronger, live longer, and now that I am an older dad of a baby, be able to hold my own when he's 16, and I'm 63.
I'll be incorporating these exercises into what I'm doing.
