Practicing physical activity, indeed, helps delay chest pain and even age biologically. Continuing or maintaining a vigorous exercise regime improves a person’s ability and ultimately provides an opportunity to decrease biological aging. Rehabilitating the power, the range of motion and the weakest structural elements of the body, allows one to feel more youthful and more active than the actual calendar age. It’s really a bear mentality which says age is just an irrelevant digit above the head and whenever possible, any individual can manage the body fueled with the appropriate activities.

I’m 43 and got my hops back doing this. I’ve never felt so springy and flexible.

Really love what you said about age being a number and a mindset. I lost a lot of time to illness and now that I’m better I’ve felt the weight of that lost time. This made me feel hopeful.
