The latest Trek Domane, now in its fourth generation has undergone a drastic alteration by losing the frontal IsoSpeed technology which saw the frame lose almost 300 grams of mass. The rear IsoSpeed is still in place for a comfortable feel at the saddle, though it has been made non-adjustable, making the technology simpler and lighter. The bike delivers maximum performance, yet it is just as comfortable and can be used on tarmac as well as hard packed gravel.

Avoid the Trek Domane. The rear isospeed design is defective. It’s been creaking and seatpost slipping down. Lots of complaints about this.
