Lately, I have come across various reviews that say positive things concerning green powders, AG1 included. But are these purported health benefits scientifically true?

Even with positive feedback and assertations, science backed reviewers and nutritionists not affiliated with firmings are doubtful of the effectiveness of green powders such as AG1. Most of them have not passed the scrutiny of the FDA; and there are frequent disputes among experts as to their health benefits. There is a clear agreement among unbiased professionals that the gains are lamentably minimal, or are, as at now, unsupported by evidence.

I respected Dr. Rhonda so much for speaking the truth about AG1.

I love when my intuition is confirmed years later by actual science and research

One of my cousins uses AG1, he gave me 4 packs and I must say personally I noticed an increase in energy, however I have always been of the opinion that I would prefer to spend the money on real vegetables and make a green smoothie with veges and water than to buy a green power with some questionable ingedients. But to each their own.
