Being deeply entrenched in nutrition research, both for sport and general health, along with exercise science research, and having been in the fitness industry for nearly a decade, any product that claims to be a panacea of benefits is going to have a kernel of truth blown way out of proportion. People always want a convenient fix to their issues, like nutrition in this case, rather than actually make true dietary changes, such as eating more plants (ya know, those actually green whole foods). Marketing is powerful but honesty and science can prevail. Solid content as always Josh!
