I'm looking at AG1 as a source of fiber. Is it comparable to actual whole fruits?

AG1 falls short in fiber content in comparison to whole fruits. One apple, for instance, contains more fiber than most of the green powders. So, if the goal is to consume more fiber, then eating whole fruits is a better choice.
