A number of people seem to be of the opinion that AG1 can be a good substitute for fruits and vegetables in one’s diet. Is this true?

Definitely not. AG1 and similar green powders cannot ever replace diets with adequate servings of whole fresh fruits and vegetables. They may have certain vitamins and minerals, but do not cover the full range of nutrients provided by a rich diet. Nutritionists recommend to focus on healthy eating habits in the first place, then use nutrients.

Anything to avoid just eating more vegetables, which would be much cheaper than this powder, ironically.

if any YT, tiktoker, podcaster, and influencer is promoting it they're not promoting it because it's good for your health or benefit. they're doing it because they're pay to do it people need to realize these supplements, pills, powder of whatever is not going to replace the actual benefit of actual food.

Remember when we used to eat? What was it called... FOOD, right? Crazy times. Wonder if anyone still does that.

Ive been skeptical about ag1 etc for a long time. Great content. Eating a variety of plants is key until nutrition can be more highly personalised for the masses

Whenever it comes to greens powders and protein powder, I tend to find that adding a salad to your lunch, replacing sugary treats with fruit and adding a bit more protein to each meal makes a lot more sense instead of chugging down a disgusting shake of greens or protein
