Happiness and peace are inherent conditions and cannot be institutionalized, hence institutions cannot guarantee these. Organized institutions provide order to the society, but the internal state of one’s self cannot be prescribed. No organization has the power to order or supply what is truly already within a person: happiness, peace, or love.
