The Huawei Mate XT features a triple-fold design resulting in two noticeable creases. While these creases tend to be somewhat excessive particularly while viewing from an angle and a dark backdrop, they are less visible with a white background and in a less extreme viewing angle. It’s something that users would learn to live within the foreseeable future.

This is actually impressive. The hinge looks great and super secure. Well done Huawei.

0:32 Wow ! This is so surreal that it goes into your pocket so easily and perfectly. 3:39 Wow ! The thickness is not that far different from regular phones. The thickness is negligible when contrasting the value that you are getting with the full tablet screen, a book fold screen and a typical phone screen (three-in-one). I believe that many people will gravitate to the versatile folding capability of this Trifold and they will truly love it. 3:56 The normal phone screen (on the outer screen) will clearly make the Trifold selling point a positive and attractive attribute. 4:40 The hinge is amazingly strong and the unfolding process is surprisingly rigid, which is incredible. 4:40 It doesn't appear to have any wobbliness when unfolded, and this signify greatness. 6:03 It flawlessly transition to the dual screen mode with absolutely no jittering or flickering, how magical.

Great walkthrough! Surprised at how fast the screen refreshes/resets when it's unfolded, plus how small the bezels are

This is the true way to go with foldables... Hopefully the crease could be fixed in a couple of generations.

Looks good and all, but I have a samsung fold. And I want to tell everyone after a year or so those creases, they start to really make a difference. Overtime, with heat from being in your car or from being in your home, your pocket or purse, Things start to peel. It's only gonna happen with a more expensive setback with this phone.  Don't get me wrong. I love my fold but I've had to Insurance claim my fold 2,3, and 4. (Ghost touching) is notorious with these type of screens. I love the idea, but it's like going for mars and we haven't even been to the moon yet. We still have to fix what's wrong with the single fold screen. And for $3,000. Imagine trying to contact customer support... good luck

This is an actual good review it gets to the point doesn't get off track when talking about the phone, I'm just sad that Samsung has fallen so far behind, The 3 layered phone is thinner than my Galaxy fold 6
