The iPhone 16 Pro and the iPhone 16 Pro Max have the largest screen ever built into an iPhone, feel the addition of a new camera shutter control, and benefit from some Apple intelligence which will be added in future. These versions are mounted in a titanium chassis that has a new micro-blasted finish, comes with second generation of Ceramic Shield which is more shock resistant by 50%, plus IP68 rated protection from water and dust. The specs have improved as well with a Pro featuring 6.3 inches of screen space and the Pro Max offering 6.9 inches, both with thinner bezels, 120Hz ProMotion and the always (in) display function. They also come bundled with a new action button designed for shortcuts and a camera control button which provides quickest access to the camera functions. The camera system is composed of a 48MP primary sensor and a new one 48MP ultra-wide camera that does macro shots with autofocus. The phones are equipped with A18 Bionic and ship with iOS 18 out of the box which helps in better performance and battery life. Also, these models are able to achieve a maximum of 25W as their MagSafe charging speed.
