What are the differences between the base AirPods 4 and the AirPods 4 with noise cancellation?

I am thinking of upgrading to the new AirPods 4 and I see that there are two versions. Can you highlight the differences between the base model and the model which is equipped with noise cancellation features?

The standard model is AirPods 4 ($129) which is packaged with a USB C case. The AirPods 4 offer for $179 not just the noise cancelling but also the built in case speaker for the charging chimes, the locating function for misplaced AirPods, wireless charging, and dust and water protection rated IP54. Although the smaller case size means no Magnetic Safe compatibility anymore.

As someone who works in retail, it is 95% hate the tips and 5% don't care about ANC. Also I'm going to hate this holiday season when people ask about them.

I'm definitely apart of the crowd that hates the silicone ear tips.  As long as they continue to offer the other ones, I'll buy em.

Worth upgrading from Airpods pro 2? Im kind of more hard tipped guy but pros work as well.
