Chris Pratt, like many actors, put a focus on making his physique in accord with the character fit he is playing, be it the role of Andy from ‘Parks and Rec’ or an action star such as Owen from ‘Jurassic World’ and also as Star-Lord. His portrayal as Star-Lord was quite different as the character was required to trim down a lot of weight and hence was a difficult change. He made improvements to his diet by eating within a time frame of 12 noon to 6 PM, practiced intermittent fasting, and emphasized clean proteins, vegetables, and healthy oils. Though, Pratt would also eat cheat meals from time to time and desserts as well.
