Many people think that having a tan is healthy, however, a tan is a sign of skin damage. Sunlight is both beneficial and harmful; it helps with vitamin D synthesis along with warming your mood and body clock but damages your collagen and elastin, leading to sagging skin and chances of more wrinkles along with enhancing the chances of getting cancer.
