The SunRace MX8 11-speed 11-46 cassette provides a nearly similar range of gear ratio as offered by SRAM 11-50 cassette which weighs slightly less at 392 grams and offers a range of 420% while SunRace offers around 418%. The SunRace MX8 is however similar to Shimano's designs only that it has four loose cogs at the front instead of five as found in the Shimano design while it holds two aluminum carriers. Shimano's 11-46 cassette weight is more or less the same with Sunrace mx8, but Shimano only put an aluminum spoke for second-to-last position and Leagues the last position with mega 46-tooth spoke making a huge jump in gear ratio at the end of the cassette.
