In the past, Apple had relied upon their October events for the announcement of new Mac computers, which implies that updates spanning their whole Mac range are expected to be seen. Expectations are there for spec upgrades for all Macs that include an M4 iMac that may come with enhanced RAM and USB-C ports on the keyboard and mouse. There could be spec upgrades for the MacBook Pros as well with M4 Pro and M4 Max variants and a new Mac Mini likely to come with M4 and M4 Pro versions with a small footprint and probably five USB-C ports. Other new iPads are also anticipated, for example, the improved iPad Mini which would be powered by an A16 Bionic chip, and even the 11th gen iPad which would be powered by the same chip, with both devices offering increased battery consumption thanks to TSMC’s new 4nm process node.
