I have been having granola and Greek yogurt for breakfast as part of my weight loss regimen. Is this good?

Although Greek yogurt, along with granola, can be healthy snacks on their own, they become detrimental to one’s body if the recommended portion is surpassed due to their high caloric, sugar, and fat content. It is important to keep an eye on the different serving sizes as well as the calorie count so that you do not end up eating more than what you want.
