I heard the rumor that the iPhone 16 Pro Max features a USB-C port. Is there a fast data transfer cable bundled with it?

Stepping away from the standard, Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max, in its box, has a braided USB-C cable, however, it is important to make the note that the data transfer rate is only at USB 2.0 level and not any of the higher 3.0 levels which the phone has the capabilities of.
