How can I devise a personal running heart rate training zone?

The heart rate training zones calculation system consists mostly of three methods, which includes the use of calculators found on the web which gives rough estimates, testing in a lab, where blood lactate concentration and VO2 max will be measured to accurately state heart rate zones or even determining the maximum and resting heart rates themselves and then using formulated or online calculators to get the desired zones.
