The heart rate reserve has been defined as the difference between one’s maximum and resting heart rates while the current state of heart rate reserve health is measured by the heart rate reserve. There is a value of percentage between a person’s average heart rate and resting pulse rate which helps them set training limits. For example, heart rate reserve is comprised, within easy aerobic runs, which do not surpass 60-70% of the heart rate reserve, primarily by zone 2. To determine the intensity of activity for each zone, the resting heart rate is for example added to the heart rate percentages or intensity parameters with a % range of x - x for beats per minute.
