What are the new features incorporated in the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max models?

The newly acquired iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max are out and for one, they have a new range of colors such as a desert titanium, a more toned black, and a warmer color white, apart from the natural titanium finish. Their carcass isn’t new as thick bezels were replaced with a new camera control button on the side. There are two variations of size, the Pro comes in at 6.3 inches while the Pro Max is 6.9 inches owing to the thinner bezels. These handsets use the new A18 Pro chip which quite boosts up efficiency and performance. The brand proclaim that the Pro Max has the best battery life in an iPhone. The camera system saw a few tweaks as it features a new 48MP main camera, a second 48MP resolution ultrawide camera, and a 5x telephoto lens (only on the Pro). They increased the power output for wireless charging to 25 watts and also added modes for 4k 120 fps slow-motion recording.

Come on apple. Why only 60hz screen for 800 fking dollars phone. My 350$ POCO had 120hz AMOLED screen, 512 gb storage (UFS 4.0), and 67 watt charger. And all American people tells me "if you buy Chinese phone, you just got scammed".

I feel like these incremental changes are completely fine for the smarter phone owner that doesn’t upgrade every year. I’m upgrading from the 12pro and the 16 pro feels like a huge leap for me. Along with the 1000$ upgrade credit I received, I also get the huge upgrade from my current model.

I have the 14 pro max. I told myself I’ll wait for the 16 when the 15 came out and now I’m right back at that mindset.

I’m still using my dad’s old iPhone 8 (which he gave me after my 2020 iPhone SE glitched and broke) and honestly, if this phone breaks and I’m gonna need a new one then I think I’ll still get a satisfying feeling with the iPhone 16 with how much of a generation change it would be lol. Also, thanks for your content, I love your honesty :)
