What is the advantage of ProMotion on the iPhone 16 Pro models?

What makes the iPhone 16 Pro models with ProMotion feature a worthy consideration?

ProMotion on the iPhone 16 Pro models is a 120Hz refresh rate that is quite dynamic and smoothers than the average 60Hz refresh rate available on the non-Pro models. This more elevated refresh rate creates a more impressive feel when scrolling, animations or even gaming and is said to be one of the major reasons as to why people would choose the Pro models of the device.

Currently using iPhone12....Ok iPhone 16 Pro is cool and I surely know a better camera and 120Hz is great, but why Apple,  why you making it even bigger and heavier? Phone is a mobile device and it needs to be as portable as possible...A phone that is bigger and heavier just isn't the one I want...

While the 16 range does look good, I think it is criminal that Apple hasn't upgraded the refresh rate on normal iPhones from 60hz to at minimum 90hz. For what you are paying, it should be a given. How, oh how, do they keep getting away with it?
