What makes Rat and Reich a unique RTS game?

Rat and Reich combines several genres but primarily battles between rats, mice, roaches, and lizards with war strategy. The game has two such structures, which are RTS but unfortunately devolves the standard RTS. The game introduces several multiplayer modes and many factions with a deep history and SOI with a destructible environment that enables players to exploit enemy defenses. Rat and Reich is an engaging game with a strong storyline and concept.
