The five elements: earth, water, fire, air and space can be embraced as the foundation of our being which we need to respect and nurture. In some sense it encourages people to be deeply aware of and to correctly relate to these elements which are vital for humans not only physically but also spiritually. It calls them to consider every step that they take on the earth itself, to focus on inhaling and exhaling, to be thankful for water and food as well as for space around them. This way the equilibrium of such a system inside a human’s body is maintained.
