Is the sound quality of AirPods 4 better than AirPods 3?

How do the AirPods 4 sound quality wise compared to their predecessor the AirPods 3?

The AirPods 4 do sound better than their predecessors, the AirPods 3. The new H2 chip in the AirPods 4 offers a more sophisticated sound, richer in bass yet not excessive. In terms of basic sound quality, they compare favorably to the AirPods Pro.

I have owned the 3 and 4 — personally, 4 has a significantly better fit than 3. Pro is the worst by far.

2 is the best, but 4 is pretty close.

Sound is also better on 4 than any model including pros.
