Are the new AirPods 4 worth the price?

With regard to the additional features the new AirPods 4 seem to be bringing, are the new AirPods 4 value for the price?

The new AirPods 4 are now available for purchase at a price of $129 for the basic model and $179 for the model with Active Noise Cancellation. Considering the price, whether they are worth it or not depends on your interests and characteristics. The customers of Apple devices can expect the same design, an improved fit, IP54 dust and water resistance. Besides, they differ with regards to such novelties as a USB-C charging port and a capacitive touch area for pairing. Noise-canceling model has more advantages including a speaker embedded into the case and the possibility to charge the case wirelessly. For people who are already into the Apple ecosystem and appreciate these features, Airpods 4 will be worth the expense.

I haven’t had AirPods since the 1st gen. I been using the AirPods Max for the last 3 years. I just pre ordered the AirPods 4 with ANC for more casual use. I hate silicon tips, but wanted ANC. So I’m satisfied with this upgrade, also the capability to use my Apple Watch puck to charge the case is also a plus.

I'm upgrading from the OG AirPods to the 4s. Never been a fan of total noise cancellation just because I hate the feel of the silicon in my ear, so the openness of the non-pros with slight noise cancellation is totally fine with me. I'm VERY excited for this upgrade!

I personally love the seal I get from the AirPods Pro 2nd gen. The only problem is I like using them for running or the gym, but as soon as I start sweating they slowly start to ease out. I never had that problem with the AirPods 3. HOWEVER, I’m also not willing to sacrifice the noise cancellation. I’m hoping these AirPods 4 are the perfect mix of both .

Surprisingly, the pixel buds feel better long term in-ear, it's battery last longer than the airpods pro gen 2 model, and I think they may sound better too. Best bit is they're less expensive. Downside is I cannot find them with Find My
