Does the Apple Studio Display have horizontal screen adjustment?

I’m looking into the Apple Studio Display but I have a question, can the screen be adjusted horizontally?

The Apple Studio Display does not have a feature that allows for the horizontal adjustment of the screen. This may lead to slight ineffectiveness of the monitor where the monitor may seem unleveled due to the table or floor elements not being aligned. This situation causes some users to have to place a sheet of paper under the base in order to balance the level of the monitor since it only has vertical adjustment but no horizontal movement.
