At the moment I am having difficulty while cornering on a bike when descending. How do you take the corners while maintaining speed as well as control?

When coming down from a corner, the first thing you should do is brake before hitting the corner so that you have scrubbed off. As you delicately come near the edge, complete braking and direct your sight to the exit point rather than looking at the road directly in front of you. Turn the bike into the corner while your body is up, which enables you to push the outside leg down for grip. Resist the temptation to brake at the apex of the corner. Remember, since you are concentrating on an exit, you should be slowing the bike down for the turn. This in turn should improve the way you cut around the corners and give you confidence to do so.
