Does the new 24-inch iMac have a better webcam than previous models?

I'm mulling over a purchase of the new iMac for video calls. Is the quality of the webcam decent enough?

Yes, the new 24-inch iMac integrated a higher resolution 1080p FaceTime camera as compared to the previous model’s 27-inch 720p camera which is a great enhancement. Thanks to this new camera and the inclusion of M1 ISP, quality as well as microphone performance for video calls has been improved substantially as well.

Could you please make content of connecting two external monitors with this iMac 24 inch? That is my dream setup but I'm not sure if using a dock would affect the performance. Please make it as soon as possible.
